Cruel Summer heat up this week (literally, we're melting in Toronto right now) with 1987's Flowers in the Attic. It's an adaptation of V.C. Andrews' novel which was devoured by teenage girls through the 1980s. Dear parents who let your kids who read those books - you're fired.
