This week we take to the streets of New Orleans with the 1950 film noir (?) thriller Panic In The Streets starring Richard Widmark and Jack Palance. After 62 years, does the movie smell as fresh as a stroll through the Garden District or like Bourbon Street at 6:00 AM?
