Cruel Summer continues this weak with a short and silly show. Scott found a DVD copy of 2001's The Enemy and could not pass up the chance to see Luke Perry and Roger Moore share the screen. That said, $3.99 seems like a steep price. One IMDB user states that it was "Not as bad a film as i thought it would be". Tune in to see if we agree.
