Dreams can come true during Cruel Summer. We dreamt that there was a movie featuring Luke Perry fighting snakes on submarine. Turns out that it actually exists and it's called Silent Venom! We also chat about a couple of Esther Williams musicals (Neptune's Daughter and Dangerous When Wet) and Jane Got a Gun.

Cruel Summer continues with the notorious bomb Jem and the Holograms. As will become apparent when you listen, Scott knows nothing about the TV show. Kat knows a bit more because she used to babysit a couple of girls who were Jem addicts. Anyway, we watched it and now we chat about it. That's how it works. We also discuss Kat showing Alien to our son and we answer some listener questions.
